SciLifeLab is expanding its operations at Campus Solna by more than 9,000 square metres. Akademiska Hus is investing around SEK 230 million in the redevelopment, which will provide the research centre with additional laboratory space.
SciLifeLab, a national research centre for molecular biosciences in Sweden, currently occupies two buildings at Campus Solna outside Stockholm, where more than 1,300 employees are based.
The expansion will see SciLifeLab move into two additional buildings, increasing its total floor space from around 17,000 to 26,300 square metres.
